RZ - 0 - egg breaker machine

The operator manually requires 30 pieces of eggs on the tray with the supplied stainless steel overlay.

The machine automatically collects eggs from the tray by moving them over knives that break and flare shell. Subsequently, the white and the yolk to the gutter flow down together controller. The operator of the machine is searching the damaged egg yolks and remove them to the gutter drain. Egg white and yolk flow into the distributor, which redirects separate white and yolk to substituted buckets.

Machine RZ-0 is equipped with two operating modes precise, slow and functions for cleaning the pneumatic system.

The machine automatically gets eggs from the feeder.

The machine can be used in two ways:

1. Breaking eggs with the separate yolk from white function: white and yolk flow together into the controller gutter. The task of the machine operator is to search for damaged yolks and remove them. The content of broken eggs flows into the separating funnel, which redirects white and yolk to the substituted buckets.

2. Breaking eggs: white and yolk are flowing into a substituted bucket.

Applications:  Egg breaker used to produce fresh liquid egg. Enable to separate white from yolks.
How it works:  The machine imitates work of human hands. Egg shells are cut and opened with use of special knive. Hygienic standard of broken eggs is very high.

Note:  The machine includes quality control module disallowing weak yolks get into final product. The machine is equipped with yolks-whites separator, and also has 2 modes: fast and slow,
Before punching eggs should be cooled to temp max. 10oC.
If eggs are poor quality separation yolks from whites may be difficult (because egg yolks are weak they may be damaged). We recommend a simple test quality of eggs.
Comppressed air is required.
All machine parts in contact with eggs are made of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304).
